Every project is assessed individually - scope, integrations, and complexity all vary. Projects start from as low as $439. Starter projects typically deliver in 2-4 weeks. Growth tier builds run 4-8 weeks depending on the number of integrations and revisions involved. Portal and enterprise builds are 8-16 weeks. Timelines are always agreed upfront and written into your proposal. We build in structured review stages so you're never waiting to see progress.
After discovery we send a proposal with a fixed price, clear deliverables, and a timeline. Once agreed, we move into scoping - a more detailed session where we map out the exact user journey, assessment logic, content structure, and integrations. From there we build in stages with regular check-ins. You'll review and approve before each stage advances. At launch we walk you through how everything works and handle any post-launch adjustments.
Yes. All projects include a post-launch support window (typically 30 days) for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Beyond that, we offer retainer arrangements for coaches who want ongoing development - adding new assessment modules, updating email sequences, building additional integrations, or expanding portals as your practice grows. Many clients start with one project and come back for the next phase.
You do. All custom code, content, and intellectual property we build for you is yours on delivery. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or charge per-use fees for tools we've built. If you ever want another developer to take the work over, you'll have everything you need to hand it off cleanly.
Technical
Almost certainly. We build tools that can embed into existing sites or run as standalone subdomains (e.g. quiz.yoursite.com). Whether your site is on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or custom-built, we can integrate or sit alongside it without disrupting what you have. We'll scope the integration approach during discovery.
If it has an API, we can work with it. We've built custom integrations with internal CRMs, proprietary LMS platforms, bespoke coaching databases, and specialist tools that have no off-the-shelf connector. The honest answer is: if the platform exposes data in any structured format, we can write the integration ourselves.
Yes. Security and compliance are built into every project by default. All tools we build handle personal data in line with GDPR (for UK/EU clients) and equivalent standards for Australia, Canada, UAE, and the US. Data is stored securely, access is controlled, and we advise on the right consent mechanisms and data retention policies for your specific use case. If your clients are executives and senior leaders, discretion is non-negotiable - and we treat it that way.
