We build a direct integration between Ultra Tech Consulting and HubSpot using the HubSpot API. When a lead completes your assessment, a contact record is created (or updated if they're already in HubSpot) with their quiz scores mapped to custom contact properties. Workflow triggers fire based on result tier, moving the contact into the right lifecycle stage and enrolling them in the appropriate email sequence. High-scoring leads can be automatically assigned to a sales owner and flagged as hot prospects.

On quiz completion, we call the HubSpot Contacts API to create a new record or update an existing one. All quiz scores, result labels, and completion metadata are mapped to custom contact properties.

HubSpot workflows can trigger on any custom property value - so a lead scoring above your threshold automatically enters your 'hot prospect' workflow, while others enter appropriate nurture sequences.

For consultancies with a sales process, we configure deal creation rules: a quiz score above X in a target segment creates a HubSpot deal and assigns it to the relevant sales owner or coach.
